In the past year Larson Slade provided business development advisory and capture/proposal leadership services to several small and mid-market contractors. As of Fall 2017 these pursuits have resulted in prime contractor awards valued at $400 million. The domains were government/commercial cloud services; healthcare services; and technical and administrative services. We are working in other domains as well. In all cases the work was advising the companies on how to improve their business development, capture and proposal infrastructure and processes, as well as managing capture and proposal tasks.
